Due to a change of circumstances I’m having to move out and am actively looking for someone to replace my tenancy. The room is available immediately and tenancy will end in July.

The house is a 7 bedroom house situated right next to the University of Liverpool, along the street of Kaplan Living and is a 12 minute walk from Lime Street, perfect for students and professionals.

The current housemates include 5 girls and 1 boy (ages 19-23) 5 students, 1 professional.

First quarterly rent payment has been made and deposit has been paid for, leaving two final rent payments in January and April.

The house has 3 shared bathrooms and is £110 per week. This price include bills on a fair usage policy and Wifi.

It's very quick to get into the city centre from the house- it's only a 12 minute walk from Lime street train station and is just outside of the University of Liverpool, literally less than a 2min walk to central campus.

The bedroom is on the second floor and the kitchen is very spacious area with a washing machine/dryer, two large fridges and plenty of cupboard space.
