Replacement tenant needed to take over contract from me. Must be a student of Uni of Liverpool, be in first year and not already living in Uni of. student accommodation.

It's a double room, costs £169 a week. No ensuite but has a sink in the bedroom. Has a desk, desk chair, double bed and a wardrobe and drawers + under bed space for storage. Current flat mates are all lovely, I'm just looking for a cheaper alternative and need someone to take over my contract.
