Hello! I’m a 21yo student looking to rent out the 2 spare rooms in my flat on a long-term basis.

Room 1: 2 double beds, 1 closet, 1 desk, 2 bedside tables w/ lamps, bathroom outside (with bathtub); facing west, w/ balcony. Asking for £450 pw (approx. £1929 pcm), bills & WiFi included.

Room 2: 1 double bed, 1 (big) closet, 1 cupboard, 2 bedside tables w/ lamps, en-suite; facing east. Asking for £400 pw (approx. £1715 pcm), bills & WiFi included.

I know the prices are high but this is a really new and nice property and the bills include a high service charge. I am however willing to negotiate, so do contact me. :)

The flat is a 2min walk to King’s Cross station, with nearby cafés, dry cleaning shop, a Co-op and several pubs. It’s next to a main road but has it’s own yard so it’s quiet. It is also a gated community.

There’s a gym downstairs free of charge to access. There’s a laundry machine, a dish washer and WiFi in the flat.
