Sadly our lovely housemate Ben is moving to Copenhagen, so we have a double room available in our home.

* The Housemates

You'll be sharing with 1 girl and 2 guys: Morwenna (charity office manager), Henry (PhD researcher), and Trevor (game artist).

We all enjoy hooking up the projector for a movie night, a game of Mario Kart on the Switch, board games, and watching TV shows together. Having said that we all enjoy having our own space from time to time as well, so there’s a good balance of being social, and having personal time.

* The Room

The room is on the top floor, quiet, and gets plenty of light throughout the day. It’s fully furnished with everything you see in the pictures. We also have more furniture if you need it (a desk, chest of drawers, another beside table, lamps), and space to store most of what’s there if you want to bring your own.

* The House

As you can see from the pics we have a big living room and a big kitchen. We’ve also recently added a small bookshelf to the living room to share books with each other / make ourselves look smart ;)

You’d be more than welcome to use either during the day (we all do occasionally) if you fancy a change of scenery from working in your room.

The garden is great in summer for bbqs, a morning coffee, or even as somewhere to work (the WiFi reaches).

If you ride a bike we’ve got space under the stairs to sore it safely inside.

We do like to look after the place and keep things clean (but aren’t neat freaks). We have a cleaning rota and a cleaner which makes things simple. All bills come to roughly £80 / month.

* The Area

The house is located on a quiet street 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station, with Granary Square & a great Waitrose 3 minutes away. Angel, Camden, and Tottenham Court Road are all within walking distance, or a short tube ride away.
