We have a double room available for rent in our small flat. The room is all furnished (includes a double bed and wardrobe, plus a small fridge, a table and two chairs; these can be removed if you want more space). The rent is £800 per month, and bills are included (including wifi, gas etc. plus regular professional cleaning).

You would be sharing the flat with Caroline and I, Serena. We're two young professionals, in our late 20's, easy going and tidy. There's no living room or dining area unfortunately.

6 months minimum contract.
