We are situated in the heart of Kings Cross, just a short walk to the underground, railway station and Eurostar - transport if fantastic.

Myself, (60) my daughter (26) and her boyfriend (26) live in my 3 bedroom Georgian house. My younger daughter is at university and her double room is free.

I am only looking for someone to rent the room on weekdays. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large rooftop bath and the other with a powerful shower. We have a separate living and dining room and a roof terrace at the back. There is a pub next door but it closes at 11pm and generally it it quiet after that.

The house has plenty of character and style. Please get in touch if you are interested.
