Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, nonsmoking flatmate to share a lovely 2 bedroom flat on a short term basis from December 20th -March 20th (negotiable for longer). The flat is fully furnished and resembles a New York loft apartment - cosy with a sunny balcony and right in the middle of everything in Seven Dials - Central London on your doorstep. Walk everywhere - you’ll never need to take the tube. This is the best flat I’ve ever lived in and I hope you’ll love it too.

The room comes with a wardrobe and bed. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

I have two affectionate Abyssinian cats called Caspian and Rubah. They are such nice company and will definitely want to be your friend. They don't go outside and this is their home.

About me:
I work in film and tv. I’m often at my local gym because I love to swim. I have a fun and varied life but equally I enjoy having a cup of tea and a chat with my flatmate when we’re both home.

Cleanliness is a must! Smoking is not tolerated..
