The flat is on the third floor, on a lovely road just a stone's throw away from King's Cross (10-15 mins walk). On the way you can pass Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard and Regents Canal. If you go the other way (7ish minutes), you'll get to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station. Nearby, there is a big Waitrose for the weekly shop and many smaller local shops for more urgent needs out of hours.

The room is modern and bright, and comes fully furnished with a massive wardrobe/storage. The en-suite has a shower (pictured). The flat also has a kitchen/living space with lots of storage space. There is another bathroom shared by the other two flatmates.

Bills are not included in rent price, all bills (electricity, internet, water and council tax) are shared equally between the three of us (around 150/month). We have a deposit scheme.

Unfortunately one of our lovely flatmates is leaving the flat to be closer to work; the current flatmates are Cece, 28, and an artist, and Erfan, 30, an architect. Our flat is friendly, laid-back, while being very clean! We are both respectful and understanding, and easy-going, but cleanliness is very important!
