THE FLAT:
The flat split into 2 levels, it’s on the 2&3 floor of the building. 2 floor will be your room (original living room), kitchen and a toilet.
3 floor will be 2 other rooms and shower room.

The room is the biggest room in the flat with big window and loads of storage space. Kitchen is quite small but good enough for 3 people and all the kitchen ware are very new.

BILLS:
Bills come around 100ish monthly depends on the season. Cleaner comes once a week and it is included in the rent.
Pls note that move in date is flexible in December but no later than 21st. Can discuss further if you decide to take the room.

FLATMATE:
Super lovely flatemates in the flat! One British girl and one Hong Kong girl and they’re both in their 20s, both working professionals in London. They enjoy cooking tgt from time to time and spending time catching up. They’re super easy going and they’re looking for like minded girl to join the flat:)
