Hi! This property is in Camden has 3 UCL postgrad students (1 male & 2 female). We're looking for other UCL students 18-29. The flat is less than 20 minutes to the UCL main campus and right by Mornington Crescent Station. It is very centrally located and has many restaurants, grocery shops, and pubs just a few minutes away.
The room would be £825 excluding bills and has a desk and closet. The flat has a separate toilet and shower room. The kitchen has a small dining table and comes with a microwave and washing machine.
We are looking for someone to sign the lease within the 3-5 days. The flat is available immediately, but move-in can be later. The contract is till September 2025.
