We are looking for a couple or a single to sublet a spacious furnished room in Kings Cross/Islington 12th - 27th April for £650 but can be flexible on price.
Room comes with double bed, drawers, 2 wardobes and a desk and chair.
The flat is warm apartment and comes fully furnished.
The 2 flatmates you will be living with are women aged 22 and 25 and are into cooking, football, movie nights and a casual drink at the pub. Both are working professionals one in marketing and the other architecture.
The flat is a 13 minute walk from Kings Cross, 17 mins to Angel and 12 minutes to Caledonian Rd and Barnsbury overground and there are lots of bus stops about 3-5 minutes away.
There is a large Sainsbury's about 15 minutes away in Angel and Waitrose is 5 mins down the road.
Ideal move in date is April 12th but there is a little flexibility on this.
