Hello!

Marien, me and Sophie (25 and 27) have been living in this house for a few years and our beloved flatmate is leaving us to go travelling. We all work in journalism, ecom and media, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our house and fill the upstairs room, overlooking the garden.

We are walking distance from Angel, Farringdon and Chancery Lane station and have a lovely garden that’s particularly cute in summer :) there’s loads of shops around and also the canal, Exmouth Market and Camden passage with a comedy club that we like to go to!

We are very social and like to host gatherings or cocktail parties but as much as we love a night out we also love our chill evenings at home, a nice dinner or movie night or just our own space :)

Everyone is welcome, LGTBQ+ friendly, safe space for women!

No pets and no couples though sorry!

The room and the house was repainted 6 months ago and our outside decking was replaced as well.

It’s available a month earlier, from the 20th of December 2024 but the lease agreement will run from the 20.01.2025 until 20.01.2026 – open to anyone joining between 20. dec to 20. Jan!
