Hello, I need someone to take over my lease at Scape Bloomsbury, London!

I am going to check out on March 28 and the lease ends on 6 September 2025. Starting date is negotiable with Scape but you need to cover the rest of the lease period until September. This is full-time student only accommodation and if you are international student, you also need Visa. 

Location: Scape Bloomsbury WC1H 0AQ
Room type: Standard Studio (Single room with en suite bathroom & kitchenette) 6th Floor, facing away from the street
Lease duration: April-September 6, 2025
Price: £620 per week 

Utilities and Wi-Fi are all included in the price. You can also access to 24/7 gym, laundry room and cinema room! 5 minute walk to Institute of Education at UCL and 10 minute walk to UCL main campus. Also 5 minute walk to Russell Square station, you can access to Piccadilly line.
