Hi

Im renting the second bedroom in my ground floor flat in Camden.

You will be sharing the flat with myself. The room is fairly large as it used to be the living room. There's a small kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Small shower room and a separate toilet room. No living room.

The rent is £250 per and is to be paid weekly by standing order. No other bills to pay. All included in the rent.

The flat has underfloor heating and I am slowly renovating, so will get painted and fittings etc, in all rooms.

Looking for someone who is super clean and tidy.
