Hello everyone,

We have a double room in our splendid house that will be available in January. Indeed I will be travelling for 2 months between Feb and April.

You would be living with our nice and outgoing French flatmate Thibault. Ideally we are looking for someone who is in the same spirit.

Hi, I'm subletting my room for the months of February and March in a house located between Angel and King's Cross.

The house is very spacious, with an open-plan kitchen, a large terrace for barbecues, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

As far as my room is concerned: it's large, fairly well lit, has a desk, a king-size bed and a big screen that you can use, as well as two vinyl turntables that you can also use.

You'll share these two months with my three roommates: two Frenchmen and a Spaniard in their thirties. We like to do things together, go to the pub next door, go to restaurants or the cinema, watch soccer, have a few raclettes and enjoy Hicham's cooking skills.

We also like to have our own lives, and the house is big enough for us to have our moments alone.

Price per month: £1,250 including utilities.

The rent and the charges are included to the bill. Of course we know January can be quite cold, we expect however the person to join to be respectful of the environment and heat the house mindfully.
