I am looking for a flatmate to rent out my spare room within my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat. It is a double room, with a brand new bed and mattress and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Although there is no direct ‘en-suite’, the main bathroom will be for your use.
There is a communal garden and bike shed.

The location is close to Luton train station and the Mall both of which are a 10-15 minute walk.

I would like to live with another female aged 25-35 who wants to be friends, and feel like this is their home.
I mainly work from home Monday-Friday with a few days each month travelling to the office.
