One room is available in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, which is located behind Trinity Sport Center (with gyms, football pitch etc), really close to UOM, MMU (5 mins walk), Asda superstore (3 mins walk) and city centre (20 mins walk).
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, beside table, wardrobe, big chest of drawers with a large mirror, desk with units of storage and a bookshelf.
All bills come around 50 per month including electricity, water, and super-fast broadband. There are kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, rice cooker, washing machine and large tumble dryer for everyone to use.
The house is shared with 2 other UOM male students who are really friendly but also giving each other private space. So you will feel like living with family.
You could move in from the beginning of January or prior a week. The contract would last till the end of August (and then you could always extend as you wish).
