The house is super close to the universities. You can take the number 50 bus (which runs every 10 minutes) straight into town. Ideal for students. Other tenants are masters/phd students at MMU.

Location is peaceful with Swinton Park Grove just around the corner and room overlooking wooded area behind house.

Rent is really cheap.
