Beautiful house in a great location. I'm currently on exchange in France and need my room rented ASAP and so have offered a very low price! Double bedroom on top floor of house, so it's nice and quiet. Desk and chair, bedside table, dressers, closet and mirror provided.
You'll be living in a fully furnished house with amazing flatmates who are very friendly and lovely final year university students (all female). Two fridges and freezers, large oven and hob, microwave, toaster already there.
Bills included in price - heating, water, electric, broadband, TV licence (also a TV in my room).
5 minute walk from bus stop and a Costcutter next door.
