Hi! Im a current flat mate in a 3-bed apartment, looking to now move out due to uni being cancelled. The apartment is in the Assembly building, 1 Cambridge Street - the apartment is modern and has 24/7 concierge service.

The apartment comes with a modern kitchen, lounge and bathroom with shower/bath, shared with one other person (I found this to not be an issue since only 2 people were sharing). The bedroom is medium-sized.

The apartment is located just off Oxford Road, 3-5 mins away from MMU and 5-8 mins away from UoM and MRI hospital. Oxford road station is also 2 mins away, as are local amenities such as Sainsbury's and Tesco's.

The current flatmate is male, friendly and easy-going. The flat also comes with a parking spot, if you don't need this, it can be rented out.

The rent is £550 per month without bills - these average out to £30/month.
I'm looking for someone to take up my room on a short term basis - the room is available now - September 5th.
