Hi I’m trying to replace my housemate who is moving out in April.

Forgive the poor quality pictures but the flat is very close to printworks. The room advertised is a large double room with an en suite.

I keep my tv, PlayStation and Nintendo switch in the shared living room and there’s also plenty of space to put up a desk in your room.

I’m a fairly sociable housemate I like to cook and chill out in the living room a lot but I’m very laid back so shouldn’t be in your way too much if you don’t want me to be.
