My current flatmate has to move back home due to some personal circumstances and I’m looking for someone to replace her asap. It would be great to find someone easy going and most importantly clean and tidy in shared areas. I work fully remote so would prefer someone hybrid/in office but not a deal breaker as there are plenty of workspaces in the building which I use mainly.
The room available is small so if you’re after a large bedroom or have a lot of stuff it would probably not be for you. However there is a small shared storage cupboard and a ottoman style bed that can fit quite a lot in it. The room is non en-suite but you will have sole use of the main bathroom.
The apartments are brand new (built in September 2023) so everything is lovely, fresh and clean. There is a really good gym on site, co working space, games room, bookable hosting suites and they do put on a lot of regular events for residents.
The room is available from March and the tenancy ends the 7th November. There will be the option to renew the tenancy.
A deposit of £830.77 (5 weeks rent) will be required. Bills are not included in the rent advertised. Total rent for the flat is £1600, I pay more having the bigger room/with en-suite.
Wifi is included in the rent.
Additional bills:
Water: currently 48 together (but will update if this changes as we’ve just submitted a reading)
Electric: approx 100 per month together (should come down after winter)
Council tax (Salford band D)
Some of the pictures of the flat are from when we moved in, will update with more recent photos.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
