Looking for a tenant to take over a room in a 6 bedroom house in Fallowfield. Students only! Double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers included. 2 bathrooms shared between 6 people. Bills are not included and will be split equally between you and five other tenants. Other tenants are five third year girls studying at UoM so another female tenant would be preferred. All other tenants are clean and tidy and enjoy going out or staying in. I have attached some pictures of what the rooms in the house look like from when I did a viewing. Rent for September is paid.
