I'm in my final year as a student, i'm a chill guy. Just want someone nice and clean to live with in this awesome flat i'm about to start renting. Supposed to move in friday 13th september but my friend, she had her visa declined, so i am scrambling for a new flat mate for the year-long tenancy. Get in touch if you're interested. Must be in work as this building only allows 1 undergrad student per flat.
Asap move in, balcony, 2 bathrooms, rooftop garden, small gym in building. Will need to complete some referencing for the move-in, I have already done mine, fairly simple process.
