I've had to leave Manchester early, and I'm looking for someone to take-over my tenancy!

The remaining tenancy period is from now until June 30, 2025. Someone who can takeover ASAP is preferred! ALL BILLS INCLUDED

The house is an all-female house of friends who are all friendly, studious and responsible girls—cleanliness and kindness is important! You can expect chill nights-in :)

- The en-suite double room is in a four-bedroom house 3 minutes walk from Curry Mile and 20 minutes walk from the University of Manchester.

- The 15 and 111 buses are a 2-minute walk away, and the 43, 143, 42, and 142 buses are a 10-minute walk away.

- All tenants have access to shared living space with TV and a fully-equipped kitchen.

- The landlord is also very thoughtful and efficient when
responding to any concerns.
