I'm looking for someone to replace me in my shared flat, within as early as a week. I'm only leaving because I am in the process of looking for work and can't afford the flat, otherwise it's a great flat in a good location with friendly, tidy flatmates.

We are open to students or professionals, keep in mind that professionals would have to pay £135 council tax a month. The flatmates are two male postgraduates in their 20s who work during the day and have a relaxed vibe at home in the evenings. Here's what they're hoping for with a new flatmate:

We’re both fairly tidy and like to keep the common spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. We’re not super strict about it—just respectful of each other’s space and schedules. If you’re a friendly, responsible person who appreciates a clean, relaxed environment (without needing to be spotless), you’ll fit right in!

If you want to drive or cycle, there is free car parking directly behind the building with a cycling shelter, secured by remote operated gates. We have an unused assigned parking spot for the flat.

Cycling to campus or city centre takes 10 minutes and there is a bus stop within a minute's walk so it's easy to get to work, university or anywhere else.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has an electric radiator if you're cold and two power outlets.
