I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy in a shared student house, located in the Rusholme area. It is a 8 person house, 3rd year students, with several bathrooms, a shower and bath both included. Amenities include parking and a reasonably sized back garden. The room is in the downstairs area of the property, however it is next door to a bathroom containing a bath/shower and toilet, it is directly opposite one of the kitchens and it has a large window facing the back garden which provides plenty of natural light. It has a double bed and a desk/workspace. More details about the tenancy swap procedure can be given upon request. Bills are included with the rent and council tax is a non payable cost as this is a student-only let property.
