Looking for someone to take over the spare room for the last 6 months of the tenancy at a Duplex in Salford

Walking distance to town (20-25 mins to market street)
Right next to Regent Retail Park which has good furniture charity shops, a big Sainsbury’s and JD gyms

Your side of bills (around 850 a month):

Smokers welcome but no smoking inside the property - there’s a balcony w access through my room with a recliner on - heavy vibes

Pretty easygoing but just looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is respectful

Bedroom has a big double wardrobe built in but is otherwise unfurnished, you have your own bathroom with a bath/shower and there’s a downstairs toilet separately for guests.

The kitchen includes a big fridge, dishwasher, oven, built in microwave, washing machine and then I have an air fryer you are welcome to use

My flatmate has been away so hasn’t had time to tidy so please excuse the pictures but it will all be clean and empty when you move in (last three pictures are your bedroom and bathroom)
