Hi, looking for someone to move into our house from this April until the end of June (end of tenancy).
The monthly rent is £575.34 - this includes bills. Council Tax is around £50 each a month, so overall monthly costs would be around £620. The bedroom being let is on the bottom floor at the front of the house - 1 bathroom in the house.
Current tenants are studying or doing placement year. We both also have jobs work days and sometimes later nights. We are looking for females only who are preferably postgraduates/young professionals. We are both clean and tidy, and appreciate a chill and quiet house.
