The Room/House/Street
The room is on the 1st floor.
The property is old converted pub.
7 mins by foot to Market Street &
12 mins to the Northern Quarter.
It also has a garden area, with a big wood burner and a roof area, with views over Manchester, if you appreciate something with character and community then it's got that in abundance.

The Housemates
Firstly let me tell you a little about us, none of us knew each other before moving in, and now we are all really great mates (almost a family). We do loads of stuff together from chilling to partying, karaoke to life drawing, dinner parties to yurting to going to festivals together along with just chatting about the world's good, bad and everything in between. We are looking for somebody who would want to be part of that.
In terms of what we do for a living, we all do different things but in our spare time, we're all very fun-loving. Between us, we build things, paint, plant something, decorate things, love music, bake, and cook. On top of this, some of us enjoy sports, doing running, climbing, skating, gym, and cycling.

We are a liberal household, that welcomes people of all creeds, colours, ethnicities, sexualities and genders. There are currently 6 of us. We're all above 25. We enjoy a party, but we also work hard mid-week, but if you like going to a bar, a pub quiz, some beers or wine on a weeknight and then letting loose on the weekend this place will be your vibe! In terms of cleaning, we take a day each, that way it's not too intense but also ensures the house is kept fresh and tidy.

We have all had what can only be described as a really excellent home experience, and we are really excited for someone new to come in and join our home. There are a couple of pictures of us and the house, so you can maybe put these words into a visual experience.
