A. CLEANING
Weekly chores shared facilities ( About 15 minutes on week end chore.
NO to:
-items left in the sink
-more than 2 days work from home
-drugs,
-alcohol binging,
-smokers,
-criminal records
-lit fires, candles, etc. that can cause fire.
-Overnight guest in the room except for agreed arrangements beforehand during signing of contract.

I’m looking for ages 22-30 years old, well balanced life who have activities or interests outside from home. Clean, calm, nice and disciplined.

BILLS:

I can divide it by 2, 3 or 4 depending on the number of people living in the house. If the other lodgers left on that month, you will pay only 1 share.
Example if 2 lodgers only
water- £36/ 3 people = £12 per person;
Council tax- £37.50. ( is 1 share). ( exempted for full time students).
gas and electric are roughly £80- £160 / divided by number of people in the house including me.
summer is cheaper.
Winter is higher during freezing months.
Have £100/ month to be safe. If exceeded, I can help above £100 bills as long as we use the gas and electric sensibly. There’s gas central heating and electrical heater. If you are the only one, you can save by using electric heater only but if more lodgers, central heating is cheaper.

If you are extending:
Any extra days for your months contract or odd months is £30/day for biggest room or £20/day for the other room if less than 10 days extra extension before you move away for your new career or education. If the room is available, you can have it in normal rate.

Term times are September ( or August )- January ( or December)

January( or February)- August to December 2025( June or July).
