Hey! I’m looking for someone (preferably a girl) to take over my tenancy ASAP as I have left Uni. You must still be a student and have a UK based guarantor. It’s a 5 bed, 2 bathroom house share with 4 other lovely girls most of which are 3rd year. The tenancy runs until 30th June 2025 and is located on Filey Road (Fallowfield).
