Hi, I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from January - end of June next year. It's a house of three other girls, £545 a month (bills included) and in Fallowfield, Manchester. We have a shared living room and 1 bathroom to share between the four of us. We are all students at the University of Manchester in our second year. We like going out for food/drinks and occasionally to clubs in Manchester. Watching movies and TV shows is also a massive past time for all of us. The girls also go to the gym and swim/run as well. All very tidy and lovely - none of us are smokers/vapers but would be fine with that as long as it didn't leave a smell in the house. Please message me if you're interested!
