Hello there,

My house mate and I are looking for a 3rd to move into a small double room.

We are both 28 years old professionals, 1 English, 1 Spanish (fluent English and a semi-decent cook so that's a strong perk). We are very sociable and easy going, we appreciate a good night in and a few drinks on a night out. We are looking for someone similar to us, someone who doesn't spend all of their time in their room.

The house is 12/15 min' walking distance from Eldon square, so it's perfect location without being super expensive. The room has a new double bed and wardrobe in, if you need more space there are plenty of places you can store additional things.

The price is £350 and that includes rent and all bills (inc wifi and a cleaner). We are looking for someone to move in asap but can wait if you're a top individual :D.
