We have a double room available on the 1st floor in a beautiful four bed mid terrace Georgian townhouse 5 minutes walk from central station. The house is set on a really pretty quiet side street and double glazed throughout so minimal town noise!

The house has a shared living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms (one free standing bath and two amazing power showers) and additional downstairs toilet, a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a large front garden and back yard.

The room available is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and a chests of drawers as well as two mounted wall shelves. It has high ceilings and a big window looking out onto the street and cast iron radiator.

Bills are on average £45-50 which includes gas, electricity, water, broadband, phone and TV license. Rent includes council tax.

We are three twenty-something professional females in a friendly and laid back house. We enjoy baking, cooking (food in general really), wine , gym, holidays, TV and cinema. A potential housemate would ideally be fairly relaxed and easy going, sociable as well as clean & tidy. We are a friendly bunch and get on well, however we all work 9-5 Mon-Fri so are respectful of each others personal space. This is a professional let so unfortunately not available for students.

Contract is available for a professional for a minimum of 6 months with a monthly rolling contract thereafter.
