The house is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. There is a living room, a large kitchen/dining area, a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer and a study area. There is also a garage and drive plus space to park outside the house. Utility bills will be equally shared between all tenants (Approx £115 pppm incl. gas, electric, water, Internet and weekly cleaner. Council tax would also need to be paid if eligible). Although the bills do include a cleaner I am a very clean and tidy person and looking for others who will also keep the house very clean and tidy in between weekly cleans! The location is ideal for those working or studying in and around Durham and has very easy access to the A1 so suitable for those looking to commute. Looking for females ideally between the ages of 18-35. I am a 29 year old final year medical student so spend most of my time studying and am looking for someone who will be respectful of this and keep noise levels to a minimum. I will be working in hospitals so probably not ideal for anyone with health conditions due to the current situation however I am very cautious with regards to Covid-19 guidelines and would expect a lodger to also respect the current guidelines.
