Looking for a flatmate to move into this lovely lower Tyneside flat.

A fully furnished double bedroom is available for £325 per month.
All bills estimate at £140 per person per month.
Students are considered and bills can be subsidised.

A bit about the flat:
The flat has two bedrooms (your room has a bright view of the garden and is furnished with bed frame, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table) bathroom, kitchen, living room and sunny garden. The bathroom is currently being renovated and will be completed by the beginning of March. The garden has beautiful plants and flowers. There is a fireplace in the living room (non functional however!) and high ceilings throughout.

The landlady is great and the full flat comes furnished. There is plenty of clever storage throughout and storage to tuck away bikes, suitcases etc away under the stairs.

The street is in the heart of Sandyford, near the new Star and Shadow Cinema. It is a 10 minute walk to Heaton or Ouseburn and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle. There are plenty of green spaces nearby with Jesmond Dene and Heaton / Armstrong Park. There are some bustling cafes very close by. The street itself has plenty of parking (resident permit) and trees. It is a clean and peaceful street with a student community.

A bit about me:
I work full time in the city centre at an opticians, Tuesdays-Saturdays and volunteer at a kids arts and crafts group on Mondays. I love to cook (vegan), read, go to exhibitions and gigs. I like to keep a calm atmosphere at home and appreciate that you might want the same environment.
I am looking for a laidback & quiet natured person to share the space with. Someone with a green finger would be a bonus too! I would prefer someone that does not work from home as the shared space is not appropriate for it.
