We have 2 rooms to rent in our house on Sidney Grove available from the middle of August! £485 a month including all bills (council tax, gas, electric, wifi, milk, loo roll)

The first room is split level with its own spiral staircase to where the bed is, with 3 large south facing windows and very lovely sunshine throughout the day, shower/bath and loo shared with myself and my partner.

The second is an east facing room on its own floor with another loo.

We are 2 young professional people living currently in the house including myself, we are 1 couple and 2 cats. We have 1 bathroom bath/shower on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor with shower - second loo is useable when necessary.

We are a quiet house who do not have guests over frequently. We live on a quite street with many Family's as neighbors, and are looking for a clean and tidy person to join our lovely home.
