The flat is spread over the top two floors of a Victorian townhouse and is occupied by me (homeowner) and a sweet, rarely seen cat. Shared kitchen & balcony.

The house is very close to the local park and to the Parkland Walk 3-mile nature trail, plus Woodbery Down Wetlands, so quite spoilt for green space. Stroud Green neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets and good independent restaurants, cafes, pubs etc - everything you need, really! Woodstock Road even has its own farmers market every Sunday.

Transport: A 4-minute walk to Finsbury Park Zone 2 station for the excellent Victoria & Piccadilly underground lines (both with trains every 1-3 minutes during peak hours). Direct links to Heathrow and Gatwick. 5 minutes to St Pancras International. Two bus terminals serving routes in all directions. Superb for fast access to Central London: 5 mins to Kings Cross; 10 Mins to Oxford Circus.

About me (live-in landlord): I'm an easy-going & busy artist & tutor, looking for a mature, friendly, clean & considerate professional. My partner is occasionally around too, although he lives elsewhere. I do work mainly from home on weekdays, so this rental would probably best suit someone who has a separate workplace. (There is a living room here which may be available sometimes but as it doubles as my workspace, it's not officially included in the let.)
