We are looking for a new housemate to come and live in the upstairs master bedroom of our 4 bedroom house.

About the house and room:
It's a bright double room in a four bed house (own garden & private front door) in Dalston/De Beauvoir. Downstairs we have a large, bright, living room, a fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine and dryer) and a spacious garden. The room shares the third floor of the house with a large bathroom. There are a total of 2 bathrooms throughout the house.

Fantastic location. Next to De Beauvoir and Dalston Junction/Kingsland stations with great brunch spots and bars/restaurants around the corner. We are also very close to a number of pubs, including the Hunter S, the Talbot, the Scolt Head and the Duke of Wellington.

You will be sharing the house with two guys and a girl between the ages of 25-30 who have been living together for more than two and a half years. We're all usually pretty busy but love to spend time together when we're in the house we're so looking for someone else to slot into that dynamic. Ideally you are social, responsible and considerate.
