Good sized (bigger than it looks in the photos!) double room in lovely quiet laid back non smoking 2bed house near Caledonian Rd tube, share living room, garden etc with superchilled owner who keeps the rent way below market value because he thinks London rents are ridiculously high! Grown-up independent properly house-trained eco friendly types preferred ~ I have always lived with women though I am male (it's just a balance thing..) Rent is £400/month plus £130 in bills & council tax, very cheap for what you get! I'm away a lot, being a DJ/festival head/traveller, but I like to do my crazy socialising outside of the house and keep it very chilled and relaxed here. I don't usually choose to live with friends, I like to have a nice flatmate who I get on well with around the house but I'm not looking for a new best friend, just someone who's a lovely flatmate ~ independent space is well respected here!
