Hi,

We have two double rooms available in a modern flat in a gated off complex right by the canal. The flat has wooden floors in the communal areas and carpets in the bedroom.

There are two toilets, one bath/shower and it is equipped with a washing machine and internet provided. We have a large kitchen with table, induction cookers and all what you need to cook. Moreover, there is a living room with big TV, SKY, sofa and access to the balcony. You can chill there and watch your favorite movies, series and sport!

We keep the house clean and tidy and the tenant would have the same attitude.

Both rooms come furnished with bed, mattress and cupboard/desk.
