Looking for an easy going, clean, friendly flatmate to rent a spacious double room. I am a live-in landlord and am currently a teacher but I will be starting a full-time Master's in September. Happy to spend time together and do activities but also respect when people want some time to themselves.

There is a private bathroom and shower room. The lounge and dining area are very big and the kitchen has all the amenities you could need. You will have access to plenty of storage. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as off-street parking and a garage, which has plenty of safe storage for bikes. The garden is nice to sit out in the sun.

The rent would be £625 p/m with all bills included.
