I live in a spacious, 4-bedroom, semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Jesmond, adjacent to Jesmond Dene park, with a garden at the front and back.

I retired from work in health research at the end of 2014. but I remain interested in all aspects of health and healthcare. I do a lot of sport including jogging, swimming, cycling, hill-walking and cross-country ski-ing. Culturally, I enjoy classical music, film and theatre. At home, I very much enjoy gardening and cooking. I am interested in discussion of current affairs and politics. I enjoy learning languages.

There are no other lodgers, but occasional guests.

The accommodation for the lodger comprises:-
