Tenancy takeover!!!
Hii, I’m trying to find someone to take over my tenancy. The room at Garth’s head is a silver, meaning the rooms are more spacious. The room is on floor 1 - so less walking :)
The accommodation comes with an onsite gym, games room, laundry room and 24/7 security. Also reliable reception. (My 2nd year here) I am wanting to go home and finish my studies there hence why I’m giving my room up. The accom is with 6 girls (all lovely and clean)
