Hi!
I am looking for someone to take my en-suite room at Trinity Square.
The best would be if somebody could take over from February/March 2025.
It´s an en-suite room in a 3-shared flat on the 8th floor. We´re currently only two in this flat.
It has a big kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine etc.
The price is £154.77 per week. The two instalments are paid. The tenancy agreement is until 10.07.2025, so perfect for those who are looking for accommodation for semester 2.
