im looking for a Northumbria student to take over my tenancy agreement, available from the 27th of November until the 10th of July 2025.

The space includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom and shared kitchen/living space. With four flatmates, excluding yourself. The room itself is very spacious with a large desk space to work on, a large whiteboard for notes or design, a two door wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, three large drawers for storage and under bed storage.

the shared kitchen/living space includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. as well as a social kitchen island and sofas for seating.

the accommodation building itself is very sociable, with a large community of students and free facilities such as a gym, a sports court for football and basketball and a lively social area including quiet booths for work, or pool tables socialising.

this space is the perfect mix of social, with 4 other flatmates (excluding yourself), and spaces to interact with them. as well as the privacy of your own space.
