Hi I’m looking for a student to takeover a room in a 2 bed property at lambton road in jesmond.
Tenancy has already started but looking for someone to move in ASAP and tenancy ends August 2025.
- 10 mins walk to Newcastle uni campus
- 3 mins walk to Robinson library
- 13 mins walk to Northumbria uni campus
It is £611 a month per person for rent however willing to pay rent up until January and willing to negotiate contributing money towards the bills each month.
Bills are about £70 a month per person for bills.
