The flat is perfectly located between the city centre and the Ouseburn and only a few minutes walk from the quayside. The flat is spread over two floors with a balcony on each floor. It has great storage cupboards and a ‘sun room’ that could be used as an office or mini gym. There is residential off street parking and a video intercom system, but no lift! The area is quiet and peaceful considering its central location. It’s a hidden gem!

The flat has been fully refurbished. It’s a three bed flat but one room is allocated for extra storage.

I'm looking for a 'single house hold' to rent the flat, so either 1 person taking the flat or a couple or two friends for example. The rent is £1200 a month with bills on top. I’m looking for clean and tidy renters who will take good care of the flat, and will be respectful to the other residents in the building.

It’s a lovely flat, with lots of character, making it great place to live.

I like to think of myself as a good landlord, I’ll be responsive and aim to sort any issues quickly. I want to help create a nice home for someone to settle into and in return I would like tenants that will respect the place and take good care of it.
