Hello! I am a third-year female student looking for a housemate. There’s a spare double room going in a lovely two-bed house. I have a cat who’s name is Atlas and he is super friendly so it would have to be someone who loves cats. I am very friendly and I keep myself to myself. I am 26 years old. I read a lot and is usually busy with uni work, but I like a balanced social/work-life. I would prefer someone of a similar nature who is not a party person; who is sensible/responsible.

Bills are included and I would need the first-month rent upfront. The tenancy ends on the 27th of August 2020.
